First off, I would like to thank you and your team at Lauby, Mankin & Lauby LLP for taking my case and representing me through the whole process. As I had told you before, several other law firms would not take my case, stating that I had no case to begin with (Which I knew I did). I was extremely pleased with your services and with you in keeping me well informed during the litigation. With this being my first time going through a process such as this, it was all very confusing at first, but you were there to explain everything, step by step, and eliminated all the confusion. Whenever I needed to contact you I was able to reach you directly or you would return my call in a prompt manner. The two cases in which you represented me were both settled quickly and sufficiently.
